There will also be a need to push the boundaries of the data sources available to enable new learnings.
The role will be measured by quality, timeliness and impact of output.
Inspire people outside the team to get excited by new learnings and want to translate these into solid business actions
Develop briefs and data requirement specifications for new analytical / insight modules from major research projects and gain stakeholder and manager approval 2-3 weeks
Use statistical techniques and tools (e.g. SAS) to analyse and interpret complex and segmented customer behaviours -1-4 weeks
Identify key segmented customer behaviours, trends and propensities to help drive actions across the business. Each task could take 2-6 weeks dependent upon data availability etc.
