* 10yrs Management experience

 

* Min 3yrs experience in similar environment

 

* Good commercial awareness/knowledge

 

* Ability to lead and motivate people to ensure compliance with all relevant technical, quality, environmental and safety standards.

 

* Previous project management/engineering experience desirable.

 

* Wide experience of industry or a complementary engineering environment.

 

* Excellent communication and motivation skills essential.

 

* Knowledge of computer systems desirable.
