Key Accountabilities

 

To assist in the smooth operation and continued development of the projects, reports and systems within the Digital Analytics department.

 

To grow and develop skills by helping with analytics projects, and by helping to answer questions about digital media usage from colleagues across the company.

 

To assist with ad hoc quantitative research analyses and projects.

 

To provide project management support across audience and analytics projects.

 

To work with internal and external colleagues, stakeholders and partners to ensure smooth communication and effective outputs from projects.

 

To build effective relationships with people.

 

Desk research and data gathering as required.

 

To ensure that audience insight is shared with others in the wider department as appropriate.

 

The candidate will be expected to represent the team to senior stakeholders as and when required.

Key Selection Criteria

 

An interest in developing a career in digital analytics or audience/market research.

 

Knowledge of, and passion about, digital media.

 

Effective IT skills: familiarity with appropriate applications - Word, Excel and PowerPoint; the ability to manipulate datasets with analytical tools/software is not essential but would be an advantage.

 

Analytical skills and a creative approach to problem solving, in particular the ability to extract key points from a brief or situation and translate these to effective actions.

 

Ability to pick up and apply knowledge quickly and effectively.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Proactive approach and ability to work autonomously.

 

Open to change – responds flexibly to new challenges. Keen to seek out new ways of doing things.
