Track and analyze the effectiveness and accuracy of the monthly budgets program for each department and provide proper reporting to Executive management.
Report Company's financial progress and deliver to appropriate associates and other stakeholders by developing/publishing project schedules and status reports.
Provide regular and meaningful performance feedback of his/her employees to CEO and manages career development.
Oversee and manage implementation of department's software upgrades. Provides team with technical support for the implementation and maintenance of software tools, electronic files, equipment, etc.
Manage company insurance coverage and records, ensuring adequate coverage at all times.
Manage company cell phone accounts, plans and payables.
Manage and utilize all cash activities.
Participating in strategy sessions if needed, to develop/recommend the most appropriate financial steps in each department.
