MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:

 

Education: A high school diploma or GED equivalent

 

Experience: Two years of clerical experience including phone support, filing and customer service

 

Knowledge, abilities and skills: Excellent communication and organizational skills such as clerical support, follow-up, documentation, and the ability to locate critical documentation in a timely manner Understands basic school operations Clear communication skills, both orally and in writing

 

 

Data input and office software experience is highly desirable Requires strong interpersonal skills and phone etiquette Requires the ability to work with minimal supervision and meet deadlines Proficiency in MS Office Organization of multiple tasks and requests form a wide audience of internal and external stakeholders

Greets guests/visitors provides information and provides them with a guest/visitor badge if needed, and contacts appropriate personnel Provides assistance to staff, students, and visitors

 

Support department-specific functions, such as coordinating the monthly birthday card emails and COBRA communication
