Free Job description Head of Business Development

Work with the Commercial Director to develop and implement the region’s sales strategy across all routes to market, ensuring sales is aligned with other business divisions.

 

Lead major negotiations working closely with a team of sales managers and executives responsible for ongoing sales..

 

Identify and drive new deals – devising commercial models and deal structures that optimise both UK and global opportunities.

 

Liaise with relevant business divisions about commercial opportunities presented to drive profit.

 

Support the Commercial Director in managing / coordinating negotiations with global affiliate partners, and in rolling out affiliate sales best practice acrossregions.

 

Responsibilities include helping develop affiliate strategy with other regions, devising negotiation strategies and tactical plans for complex and/or multi-territory deals, and ongoing contribution to cross-region affiliate sales network.

 

Develop account management strategies for key platforms / customers and lead a team of sales managers and executives in implementing those strategies, to ensure that brands are well represented, and performs as strongly as possible, and that it is considered for all new promotional and sales opportunities.
