To develop, lead and implement strategic recruiting initiatives, hiring standards and practices. Develops and executes strategies to recruit and select candidates required to meet business needs. Manages executive search and recruiting process for all senior level hires globally.
Lead on the implementation of systems that will be used to collect and maintain data as well as track and report recruiting metrics

Leads on all executive level recrutiment activity. Responsible for a recruitment budget and relationship management of the RPO provider ensuring all high level SLA’s are met and any issues covered. Also, works with RPO provider to advise and implement best practice across the business.

KNOWLEDGE, TRAINING AND EXPERIENCE
Advanced IT skills
RSA III/NVQ 3 or equivalent.
Trained and experienced at intermediate level in a range of software packages
Good standard of English & Numerate
Advanced secretarial skills such as audio and voice recognition software
At least 2/3 years experience in a secretarial environment
AREAS OF EXPERIENCE AND KNOWLEDGE:
The ability to organise and prioritise own workload within any specified guidelines where guidance
is not readily available, but at set intervals
Proficient in diary management co-ordinating appointments to ensure best use of Managers’ time
Experience of transcribing formal minutes of meetings.
Independent/lone working and team working skills
Experience of adapting to change and managing work in a changing environment
Evidence of ability to be flexible and show initiative, sensitivity and enthusiasm to work

Develop the strategy for the recruiting function and manage its execution
Lead and direct recruitment for executive-level talent acquisition and the recruiting, strategy and execution for the entire organization. This would include sourcing, use of assessments for selection and behavioural interviewing.
Identify, develop, recommend and champion recruitment methods and activities to advance diversity and the practice of inclusion through various methods to include networking and community outreach programs.
Analyze data and recommend improvements pertaining to regular and contingent recruitment, turnover, staffing patterns, external markets and demographics.
