As part of the HR Change Team you will be lead or contribute to one or more of the key projects in support of culture change across the organisation. You will review the scope and then develop, lead and deliver a range of specific projects and activities to support delivery of the HR Change portfolio. These could include work on Values, Recruitment, Appraisal, Engagement and inclusion.
5.Draft and commission communications products to publicise progress and actively encourage effective implementation of the project and its products.
6.Review and develop guidance notes, factsheets and core training material.
7.Identify and develop key products and opportunities to engage staff
8.Monitor progress and identify potential problem areas and work with HR Business Partners/local managers in the development of creative solutions and counter-measures to address these.
9.Provide accurate and effective briefing to the Executive Team, other senior management

KNOWLEDGE, TRAINING AND EXPERIENCE
Advanced IT skills
RSA III/NVQ 3 or equivalent.
Trained and experienced at intermediate level in a range of software packages
Good standard of English & Numerate
Advanced secretarial skills such as audio and voice recognition software
At least 2/3 years experience in a secretarial environment
AREAS OF EXPERIENCE AND KNOWLEDGE:
The ability to organise and prioritise own workload within any specified guidelines where guidance
is not readily available, but at set intervals
Proficient in diary management co-ordinating appointments to ensure best use of Managers’ time
Experience of transcribing formal minutes of meetings.
Independent/lone working and team working skills
Experience of adapting to change and managing work in a changing environment
Evidence of ability to be flexible and show initiative, sensitivity and enthusiasm to work
Free job description HR Project Lead
1.Review existing project briefs and plans and present any options to improve the approach with your Team Leader and senior management in P& OD
2.Further develop the relevant supporting delivery documentation including Project Brief, PID, high level plan, etc in line with set requirements.
3.Consult with staff & Senior Management teams to ensure in-depth analysis and extensive understanding of the main issues.
4.Support our HR Business Partners and senior management teams in creating and/or developing action plans.
Knowledge and Experience
•In depth understanding of the sector, or similar complex multi-site organisation
•Demonstrable experience of generating solutions to cultural change issues and problems
•Experience of organisational change and building staff engagement
•Sound knowledge of equality and diversity (including legislation) and a commitment to cultural change
•Previous experience in an HR management role
•Sound knowledge of excel or similar software packages
•Experience of working with and/or establishing multi-disciplinary teams
•Good general education
