To manage the annual pay review process, utilising the compensation module. Monitor the ongoing effectiveness of the compensation process and system, liaising closely with HR Business Partners.
Preparing reports for HRBPs and Executive Board members, making final adjustments and preparing final reports for approval by Committees.
Ensure the final pay recommendations are delivered to the HR Operations Manager in a format ready to upload to SAP HR.
During down times, assist with other HR annual processes such as annual company bonus.

RSA III/NVQ 3 or equivalent.
Trained and experienced at intermediate level in a range of software packages
Good standard of English & Numerate
Advanced secretarial skills such as audio and voice recognition software
At least 2/3 years experience in a secretarial environment
AREAS OF EXPERIENCE AND KNOWLEDGE:
The ability to organise and prioritise own workload within any specified guidelines where guidance
is not readily available, but at set intervals
Proficient in diary management co-ordinating appointments to ensure best use of Managers’ time
Experience of transcribing formal minutes of meetings.

Free job description HR Systems Analyst
Reviewing lessons learnt from prior years with the aim of improving the efficiency of the process and system.
Preparing the compensation system prior to go live, including data upload and configuration for each region.
Liaising with the supplier, ensuring the correct level of support is in place and any issues are rectified in a timely manner.
Communicating the timetable to the HR team and ensure guidelines exist for managers. Delivering virtual training session for managers on the compensation system.
Ensure the system goes live by the required date
and closely manage the system whilst it is open for pay recommendations. To be the main point of contact for queries and resolving system issues.
