KNOWLEDGE, TRAINING AND EXPERIENCE
Advanced IT skills
RSA III/NVQ 3 or equivalent.
Trained and experienced at intermediate level in a range of software packages
Good standard of English & Numerate
Advanced secretarial skills such as audio and voice recognition software
At least 2/3 years experience in a secretarial environment
AREAS OF EXPERIENCE AND KNOWLEDGE:
The ability to organise and prioritise own workload within any specified guidelines where guidance
is not readily available, but at set intervals
Proficient in diary management co-ordinating appointments to ensure best use of Managers’ time
Experience of transcribing formal minutes of meetings.
Independent/lone working and team working skills
Experience of adapting to change and managing work in a changing environment
Evidence of ability to be flexible and show initiative, sensitivity and enthusiasm to work
Free job description HRBP Reward
•Developing reward frameworks, policies and tools that enable company to be a world class organisation and employer of choice
•Supporting management of the Defined Contributions pensions strategy, ensuring appropriate governance controls are in place, compliant with current pensions legislation
•Accountable for completing the remuneration section of the Annual Report and Accounts.
•Develop approaches to total reward that balance value for money, market and employee engagement as well as legal compliance
•Provide reward expertise to Divisional HR to resolve division specific challenges (attraction, retention, recognition)
•Lead on delivery of specific reward activity e.g. Remuneration Committee, Pay Review, Equal Pay Audit, External Benchmarking
1.CIPD qualified or equivalent experience
2.Deep knowledge of reward practices and approaches (including variable pay) as well as external trends and insights
3.Evidence of continuous professional development
4.Substantial experience of developing, implementing and communicating total reward approaches (fixed and variable pay)
5.Strong project management skills
6.Highly numerate, with an ability to interrogate and analyse data to shape insight
7.Ability to build strong, trusted relationships within HR and the business
8.Track record of successful delivery
9.Ability to communicate and influence effectively, at all levels of the organisation
