The main duties and tasks required to be undertaken. Sometimes this section is known as "job duties"
3] Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
What sorts of knowledge and experience and qualifications are required of a member of staff to undertake this sort of role?
It is however not just those who are new to HR who need help, these JD`s will be useful to those who may be considering a career which leads to the very top,
or a position which is very specialist such sas in OD or reward etc
