You`ll be the public face of the company greeting a wide range of visitors.

 You are required to perform a full range of reception duties including answering the switchboard; record keeping;   administrative and clerical work.

Main responsibilities-Job Description of Receptionist

Opening premises, de-activating alarm, checking heating and rooms. Restoring telephone service.

 

Receiving visitors at reception and dealing with enquiries, directing visitors as necessary

Dealing with general enquiries, explaining procedures, making new and follow up appointments

 

Dealing with telephone enquiries

Filing records of new customers

Opening, sorting and scanning incoming mail

 

Maintaining supplies of stationery available in reception area

 

Arranging transport
