Extensive experience in a sales recruitment role gained in-house or on-site through an RPO.
Extensive experience of recruiting roles across Content Sales affiliates and formats.
Strong experience of direct sourcing methodologies including Web 2.0, ability to market map and build talent communities.
Strong experience of LinkedIn and LinkedIn corporate products.
Abilty to work at a senior level
Experience working in the industry is highly advantageous
Knowledge of ATS systems.
•Supporting teams in project managing the end to end direct hiring of top sales talent.
•Reduce time to hire and cost to hire through direct sourcing for sales recruitment.
•Identify and implement sourcing innovation through traditional channels, effective Web 2.0, recruitment events whilst ensuring an excellent candidate experience.
•Utilising our LinkedIn corporate products build the presence as an employer for talented sales individuals.
•Manage the LinkedIn sales gold page – building the content to drive two way engagement and to work with the business to create engaging showcase pieces.
•Manage LinkedIn Talent Driver campaign for targeted sales people.
•Building a market map of sales talent across the industry and specifically within key competitors for our key sales roles
– BAU roles and succession planning. You will build out key pools of talent to engage with in advance of hiring thus moving sales recruitment from reactive to a proactive.
•Identify and implement new ways of engaging with sales people through online forums or other recommended channels including social media, video etc.
•Act as a true partner to the business providing a best in class recruitment service whilst adding value through market insight on what our competitors are doing, hiring trends, competitor compensation analysis.
•Work with our recruitment outsource partner to ensure they have access to our talent communities to enable their sales recruitment efforts.
•Manage reporting of sales vacancies and produce key data for tracking ROI.
•Manage recruiting activities through our global ATS.
•Liaise directly with all stakeholders in the agreed sales teams on recruitment – to be the go to person.
•Building strong working relationships across HR, sharing best practice and experience
Scope & Impact
Responsible for project managing our sales recruitment from end to end. Driving direct sourcing, reducing time to hire and cost through effective souring, building talent poolsand communities. Driving engagement with the business by being a truly trusted recruitment partner. Working with our recruitment outsourced partner to ensure timely delivery of recruitment activities.
Identifying new and innovative ways of sourcing hard to find top talent. Driving employer brand through engagement and our sales recruitment campaign strategy.
Providing the business with a best in class recruitment service whilst adding value through market insights etc.
Strategic Planning & Decision Making
This role is targeted on cost savings through direct sourcing and time to hire for our sales hiring. In addition this role will drive quality of hire and overall candidate experience. Identify, develop, recommend and champion recruitment methods and activities to advance diversity and the practice of inclusion through various methods, to include networking.
Daily contact with Head of Recruitment, wider HR team. Weekly contact with key stakeholders in the business, Regional Heads and RPO provider.
