Marketing Support job description

Under general direction, provides assistance to office, regional, and corporate specialists in coordinating the preparation and assembly of various written marketing submittals.

 

 

Provides support with development of selected proposals, portions of proposals, SF 330’s and SOQ’s.

 

Reviews RFP’s, develops proposal outlines, schedules, and action plans.

 

Gathers information, edits, and manages production.

 

Researches, modifies, and tailors proposal material.

 

Develops new written materials (capabilities summaries, project lists, project summaries, SF 330 materials) for company-wide use and for specific proposals and statements of qualifications.

 

Writes, edits, and updates biographical data.  

QUALIFICATIONS:

 

 

 

    High School Diploma

 

    4+ years of related experience.

 

    Experience in working with a range of business vocabulary, including engineering and technical terms.

 

    Strong computer skills.

 

    Excellent organizational skills.

 

    Strong oral and written communication skills.

 

    If the job requires solo work assignments outside the office, then a valid driver’s license is required.

 

    Drug screen, background check, and social security # verification.

 

    Flexibility to work outside normal business hours as required.

 

 

 

Physical Demands

 

Able to perform clerical and adminstrative duties in an office environment.
