To provide a range of administrative and clerical services including the following:

 

To oversee the preparation of application packs and responses to requests for information from candidates, ensuring that sufficient, accurate and timely information is distributed. This will involve the collation and distribution of application packs.

 

To collate data relating to the number of applications sent, received and processed through to selection.

 

To prepare material for short listing and interviews ensuring that managers receive accurate and timely information.

 

To notify candidates of interview appointments and results, and to request employer references ensuring a timely response.

 

To respond to general face-to-face, telephone or e-mail enquiries relating to recruitment issues and to ensure levels of service are maintained in the absence of the Recruitment Officer.

 

To compile interview files, paperwork and schedules for assessment centres.

Essential: At least two years experience working in a busy office environment. Computer literate and experience of using computerised systems. Experience of customer orientated, service delivery environment. Desirable: Two years experience in a personnel environment.
