Manage The Creation And Maintenance Of User Guides, Training Documents, Sell-In Documents And Knowledgebase For Gp Automation Systems/Processes. Ensure Accuracy And Timeliness For Translations Of External Documentation In All Supported Languages In Gp Automation Systems.

 

Testing

Manage The Testing Of Gp Automation Systems Including Uat And Regression Test Cycles. Provide Accurate Testing Timelines, Test Plans, Testing Status Reporting And Accurate Assessment Of Issue Severity. Coordinate All Team Testing Activities With Aet, Vendors And Internal/External Business Partners. Manage Issue Resolution And Reporting To All Stakeholders.

 

Installation 

– Manage Installation Of Client And/Or Vendor Software By Internal And External Business Partners For Supported Gp Business Processes And Systems. Ensure Installation Project Plans Are Created And Completed Within Project Timelines.

 

Training

 Manage Training Of Internal And External Business Partners On Gp Automation Systems In All Supported Languages.

 

2nd Level Software Technical Support

Manage 2nd Level Support Team(S). Provide Training And Mentorship To Team Members In Project Management, Training, Telephone/Email Support Procedures And Usage Of Gp Automation Systems. Have Good Working Knowledge Of Interactions Of All Internal Systems (Mainframe, Midrange, Web-Based And Client-Server). Provide Issue Tracking And Resolution. Escalation Point For Business Partner Issues. Manage Staffing Of Resources To Ensure Availability In All Supported Languages. Analyze Call Data And Provide Call Tracking/Reporting.

- Collaborate With Product Development, Risk, Flos, Client Management, Gp Operations, Compliance, Finance, External Vendors And Business Partners On Automation Processes And Projects.
