Responsible for the design, development, delivery and evaluation of training. This will include coaching, classroom courses, presentations and workshops, with key focus will be on the design and delivery of effective online training materials.
•To actively seek feedback and input to course design and content, reviewing and updating courses to ensure relevance to the business and project objectives
•To build excellent relationships with key contacts within areas relevant to the project, ensuring awareness of training requirements to maximise the effective support of the change strategy.
•Assist in co-ordinating in the review of course material with nominated client contacts.
•Support the transfer of process and solution knowledge and skills to other members of the team.
•Provide “train the coach” programmes for super users
