Significant and proven experience within a large organisation or consultancy environment. Has a strong understanding of organisational dynamics and business process and policies.
•Experience of advising senior managers on strategic issues. Able to anticipate the challenges and opportunities which arise from professional, legal, technological and marketplace changes and translate these into coherent strategy.
•Experience of and ability to influence and manage a wide range of stakeholders in a complex organisation
