Work closely to ensure the brand strategy and marketing plan complements the strategy and be the lead contact for marketing teams within the organisation
Execute social and CRM strategy. Ensure the outsourced customer service teams are meeting the brand values and tone of voice in all communication with customers.
Work with other businesses to explore new channels to acquire customers through on-pack codes, live event promotions, magazine promotions, etc.
Explore external commercial partnerships to acquire and convert customers
Lead, inspire and develop the marketing team
Commission all relevant research in partnership with agencies as required.
Manage the budget that commissions value-added material, promos videos and trailers, as required, working closely with retail, editorial and central marketing teams.
Develop and execute the marketing strategy and plan to hit customer and profit targets
Use all channels available to acquire and then convert customers to be active users. This is envisaged to be primarily through digital marketing, including social and CRM.
Set and meet the marketing budget
To be the champion for the brand within the broader team and ensure all commercial activity remains true to brand values. Lead any proposed changes to branding, working closely with selected agencies.
